If you would like to talk with us about a marketing or sponsorship opportunity, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
Send your request in writing to Marketing@PureFit.com, Please do not call our office either before or immediately after you submit your request. When writing, please include as much information as possible (e.g., your name, address, professional affiliation, and daytime telephone number; the name of your event, publication, and website address if applicable; the number of people your event, publication, website, etc. reaches; why you think PureFit is a good fit for your audience; the date(s) and location of the opportunity [if applicable]; and, your request itself).Under normal circumstances, we take up to 14 business days to reply to marketing and sponsorship inquires. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, then and only then should you feel comfortable calling us about your opportunity.

If you order from PureFit directly either by telephone, or via online at www.purefit.com, we offer an 100% money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your PureFit order, you can arrange for a full refund for any unused product. You must contact us within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Your also must obtain a "Return Authorization". If you need to return your unused order, PureFit does not issue a refund for the shipping and handling on either shipment. The reason we do not pay for you to return a flavor you don't like is because we offer a sample kit for only $14.95. This allows you to try all 7 flavors before buying a box. If, under the rare circumstance, we actually send you the wrong order, of course we will make it right. You are not responsible for sending the bars back. We will either issue a call tag, or allow you to keep the order. Please note that if you purchase PureFit bars from any other retailer, including online retailers, we are not responsible for handling their potential returns or exchanges.
